Women’s Empowerment
In the cons tuency there are quite a no of slums. Women in the slums to support their family work as domes c servants in
various households . To offer self employment to these women I have formed self help group who undertake various small
scale work like preparing spices, manufacturing paper bags, plates etc and ensuring good market to sell their products.
Many of the children in the slums are adopted and are provided Proper Educa on, Financial Support for their Higher
Educa on. They are also supported through various schemes provided by the government.

Distributed Sewing machines to the women in the cons tuency. Distributed Educa onal Materials to the students and crea ng
awareness about the importance of educa on.
Every year those poor students who pass out with flying colours in 10th Std and 12th Std examina ons
are felicitated & given Laptops and Desktops to pursue their Higher Educa on.
